Ludo
At RS Controls, we recognized that while the world rapidly evolved with nanotech and AI, building control systems lagged behind, wasting energy and limiting user experience. We set out to change that. Starting as a group of expert electricians with a passion for sustainability and technology, we bridged the gap between scattered, outdated systems and intuitive, integrated smart automation.
Today, whether it’s a commercial venue or a luxury home, we help clients reduce energy waste by up to 60%, simplify control, and create immersive audio-visual environments. Whether you’re managing a bustling hospitality space or relaxing in your smart home, RS Controls ensures your environment is both sustainable and exceptional. With us, saving the planet and elevating your lifestyle go hand in hand
Postmark London
Postmark London is a 681-home development unfolding across four phases on a 6-acre site in Farringdon, Zone 1, spanning two iconic London postcodes, EC1 and WC1. Positioned at the intersection of the City, Clerkenwell and Bloomsbury, it is one of the most significant new residential developments in central London of recent years. RSControls was appointed to design and install the smart home systems across 151 apartments within the development, working in close coordination with Taylor Wimpey Central London’s construction programme across multiple phases.
Oxshott House
RS Controls was appointed to design and deliver a complete integrated technology installation for this substantial private residence in Oxshott, Surrey, working from first-fix stage through to final commissioning. The client required a whole-home technology installation that would sit cleanly within a high-specification interior without drawing attention to itself. The brief covered structured cabling, architectural lighting, multi-room audio, audio-visual, smart-home automation and the full technology fit-out of an indoor swimming pool and spa building, including motorised pool covers. All systems were to be coordinated from the earliest stage of the build, ensuring that nothing would need to be retrofitted or compromised by decisions made after the structure was in place.
Private Residence
Three large contemporary houses, built as a private development on a shared site. The brief required a consistent standard of smart home installation across all three properties, with KNX as the control platform throughout, each house fully integrated for lighting, climate, AV and structured cabling. Beyond the specification, the client had one additional requirement that sets this project apart: every KNX keypad in all three houses was to carry a bespoke custom-printed face, chosen by the client, featuring deep-space imagery from the James Webb Space Telescope and Hubble Space Telescope, including the iconic Pillars of Creation nebula. No two keypads share the same image.
